Lanny Ford
Mr. Lanny Ford, a graduate of Hope High School, continued his education at TCU Ranch Management School in Fort Worth, TX. Upon completing his studies, he returned to Hope and, alongside his wife Melony, established F&F Cattle, Inc. With a lifelong involvement in the cattle business, Lanny brings a wealth of experience to the industry. Together with Melony, they are proud parents to a son, Garrett, and a daughter-in-law, Hannah.
Bart Emerson
Mr. Bart Emerson, an alumnus of Taylor High School, earned his Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Education from Southern Arkansas University in 1993. Alongside his wife Mindy, they are proud parents to two sons, Beau and Mason. Serving as the Assistant Director of Farm Operations, Mr. Emerson has been a dedicated member of the Southern Arkansas University community since the spring of 2007.
Jeff Milam
Upon completing his education at Prescott schools, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education from Southern Arkansas University. Currently, he is a self-employed farmer. Jeff, along with his wife Trish and their two sons, Jake and Judd, form a close-knit family.

Mr. Lakin Oakley was born and raised in the farming and ranching business. He has owned and managed both pure-bred and commercial cattle operations. Lakin graduated from the Missouri auction school in 1990 and has been actively involved in the auction business since, working in excess of 200 auctions annually.
